This beautiful city is located just minutes away from Pompano Beach, which features some of the world’s most inviting beaches. Margate is home to over 55,000 people with a slightly high cost-of-living. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Margate is the perfect place to become immersed in a strong community.

Being located in such a prime location, it is easy to get to Margate using public transportation. Just minutes away, Pompano Beach is an easy bus-ride away. With so many local shops and restaurants, you can find a new shop or restaurant to visit that is still within walking distance.

The city bus service in Coconut Creek is very convenient. Offering free trolley service on Lyons Road going from Windmill Park to NW 74 Street, you never have an excuse for staying home. There is also a very accessible bus system that makes visiting all of your favorite locations a breeze.

Coral Springs

Located just west of Margate, Coral Springs is a much larger city with a population of over 125,000. With more job opportunities and access to more amenities, Coral Springs has a higher cost-of-living than surrounding locations.

Over the past 50 years, this thriving city has been growing extremely rapidly. By adding over 35,000 residents every decade, Coral Springs has been forced to build more while still keeping the city’s distinguishing appeal.

The education in Coral Springs is quite impressive. Compared to the national average of about 27%, adults here have obtained a bachelor’s degree at nearly 40%. There are also 12 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, 3 high schools, and 6 private schools.
